Experience
In his previous role as Global Sourcing Manager / Strategic Buyer at Stadler Rail AG, Harun Yalcin gained extensive experience in international procurement and project implementation for railway vehicles. During this time, he successfully developed and implemented customized solutions in the areas of strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and quality improvement.
Today, he applies this expertise together with his team in his own company, supporting clients with strong technical know-how, negotiation skills, and a clear focus on efficiency, innovation, and sustainable partnerships.
